Quick Tips: Portion Control

Don’t deny yourself the food you crave (like chocolate cake for example) because you’re likely to end up overeating everything else. Instead eat everything you want in sensible portion.

Jangan tahan makanan yang anda mahu (seperti kek coklat misalnya) kerana ia akan membuatkan anda terlebih makan makanan lan. Sebaliknya, maka apa sahaja yang anda mahu dengan menjaga sebanyak mana anda ambil.
